How To Use:
-  Start with properly prepped nails, and apply 1 thin coat of OPI top coat
-  Cover the entire nail surface without flooding the cuticle area
-  Let dry 1-2 minutes
-  With your OPI nail polish shade of choice, apply 1 thin layer to each nail
-  Let dry for 1-2 minutes and a apply a second coat for full coverage
-  Finish the mani with 1 thin layer of OPI top coat to secure the polish
-  Be sure to cap the free edge to seal in the color
